Pulmonary Rehabilitation

The goal of Taconic’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program is to enable individuals with pulmonary conditions to breathe better and, as a result, return to their homes to live with the highest possible level of independence.


Taconic’s team of respiratory experts creates individualize care plans that follow the recommendations of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) to promote quicker recoveries with optimal outcomes.
